Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across software and hardware platforms
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product updates and troubleshooting procedures
- Meet and exceed key performance metrics including CSAT and resolution times
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for support processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or technical support experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
