Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
- Resolve technical issues and process orders with 95% first-contact resolution rate
- Document interactions in Salesforce with precision and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with global teams using Slack and Jira for seamless cross-functional support
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to knowledge base development
- Maintain 98% availability during scheduled shifts with minimal downtime
- Participate in monthly training sessions to enhance product expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues remotely
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) and quiet home office
- Availability to work 40-hour night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
