Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound customer calls, emails, and chats during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Resolve technical issues for software/hardware products using remote diagnostic tools
- Document all interactions and resolutions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and improve processes
- Maintain performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution rates
- Participate in continuous training to stay updated on product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer support experience in a remote or night shift environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and remote support tools
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with neutral accent
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) and quiet home office
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration standards
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation for occasional on-site meetings
