- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with global teams to escalate complex cases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for response times and resolution rates
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in remote or night shift settings
- Proficient in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office environment
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Customer service certification preferred (e.g., CCXP, CSM)
