Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Resolve technical issues, billing inquiries, and product concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM system
- Collaborate with global teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, resolution time, first-contact resolution)
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office space
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Proficiency with CRM software and troubleshooting tools
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM
