Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM CT)
- Resolve technical issues, billing concerns, and product questions with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and escalate complex cases appropriately
- Maintain performance metrics including CSAT, resolution time, and first-contact resolution
- Collaborate with global support teams to ensure consistent service quality
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or call center environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
