Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Document cases accurately in our CRM system and maintain detailed activity logs
- Collaborate with global support teams using real-time communication tools
- Identify and escalate technical issues to senior engineers with precise documentation
- Meet/exceed customer satisfaction metrics and resolution time targets
- Participate in weekly virtual training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for remote support workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer support experience in remote or night shift environments
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and helpdesk tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with neutral accent
- High-speed home internet connection and quiet dedicated workspace
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues including basic hardware/software problems
