Responsibilities
- Resolve technical inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems while maintaining SLA compliance
- Collaborate with global teams to troubleshoot escalated customer issues
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance support efficiency
- Conduct product training sessions for new customers
- Monitor support tickets using real-time dashboards
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQ updates
Qualifications
- 2+ years in technical customer support or relevant experience
- Proven night shift or flexible schedule availability
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Strong diagnostic skills for software/hardware troubleshooting
