Responsibilities
- Deliver 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and email for SaaS products
- Diagnose and resolve complex software/hardware issues using remote tools
- Document all interactions in CRM systems with precision and detail
- Maintain SLA compliance while exceeding customer satisfaction targets
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate critical bugs
- Participate in cross-departmental training sessions
- Monitor support ticket queues during overnight hours
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical customer support experience
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools and diagnostic software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM CST schedule
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
