Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during assigned night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Resolve technical inquiries, billing issues, and service disruptions for enterprise clients
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolution processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using ticketing systems and communication platforms
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and first-contact resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and support techniques
- Identify and escalate systemic issues to improve service quality
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in night shift or remote roles
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with clear articulation
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated home office workspace
- Flexibility to work overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST) and weekends as needed
- Strong problem-solving abilities with calm demeanor under pressure
