- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Resolve technical inquiries, billing issues, and product concerns with professionalism and efficiency

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution
- Meet and exceed key performance metrics including customer satisfaction scores and resolution times

Qualifications
