- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Resolve technical issues, billing concerns, and product inquiries with precision and empathy
- Maintain detailed case notes in CRM systems and adhere to SLA metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and improve processes
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and retention
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product updates and support protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
