Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support and troubleshooting for clients via phone, email, and live chat during night shift hours.
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets efficiently, ensuring compliance with strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate effectively with day-shift team members to ensure seamless workflow handovers and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system.
- Identify trends in technical issues and proactively suggest process improvements to the QA team.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by demonstrating empathy and patience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment without direct supervision.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT or Communications is a plus.
