- Continuously update knowledge base with emerging solutions and best practices

Qualifications
- 2+ years technical support experience in 24/7 environments
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and ticketing systems

- Strong troubleshooting abilities for Windows/macOS, networking, and cloud services

- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM PT) with flexible scheduling
