In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing technical assistance and resolving complex inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Resolve Inquiries: Provide exceptional technical support and account management via chat, email, and phone during evening shifts.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot software issues and guide customers through step-by-step solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions and feedback into our CRM system for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Day Shift team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of care.
- Adherence: Follow company protocols and quality assurance guidelines to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of computers, operating systems, and internet navigation.
- Communication: Native or fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Home Office: A dedicated workspace with high-speed internet and a quiet environment.
- Experience: Previous customer service or technical support experience is preferred but training is provided.
