Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment and support machinery.
- Monitor equipment performance during night shifts to identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials using provided forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and workplace regulations at all times.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and repair tasks under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Maintain accurate logs of equipment status and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in equipment maintenance, warehousing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
