Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and resolve IT infrastructure issues during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM PST)
- Provide remote technical support for enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and security tools
- Execute system backups, patches, and maintenance during off-peak windows
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams during critical incident escalations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IT security protocols
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network, hardware, and software issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote access tools
- Available to work consistent night shift schedule including weekends
