Tanggung Jawab
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat for global clients
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues including Windows/macOS systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols
- Document all interactions in ticketing systems with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak overnight hours
- Proactively monitor systems and perform preventative maintenance
- Escalate critical issues to senior engineers with clear documentation
Kualifikasi
- 2+ years of IT support experience in helpdesk or tier 2 roles
- Expert knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and networking fundamentals
- Certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent) required
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently overnight
- Home office setup with reliable high-speed internet
- Experience with ServiceNow or Zendesk ticketing systems
- Flexibility to work weekends during system outages
