Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Monitor and maintain cybersecurity protocols during overnight hours
- Document incident reports and resolution procedures in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with global teams on system updates and deployments
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Train clients on remote security best practices
- Manage patch management and vulnerability remediation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift exposure
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills for enterprise-level systems
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM EST shifts
