Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support via phone, chat, and remote desktop for enterprise hardware/software issues
- Monitor ticket queues during night shifts, resolving system outages and security incidents
- Document resolutions in ITSM systems (ServiceNow/Jira) with detailed knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with global teams during critical incidents using Slack and virtual war rooms
- Conduct proactive system health checks and maintenance during off-peak hours
- Maintain 24/7 on-call rotation for emergency escalations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience (Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure)
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent networking certification required
- Proven experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, ScreenConnect)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM EST, Monday - Friday
- Home office setup with reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps)
