- Proactively monitor systems and implement preventive measures
- Train end-users on security protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years in technical support or IT operations
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms
- Proficiency in ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Strong written communication skills for documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Shift flexibility (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
