Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and network infrastructure during overnight shifts
- Monitor and resolve system alerts, security incidents, and performance issues via ticketing systems
- Collaborate with global teams during off-hours for system deployments and maintenance windows
- Document technical procedures, knowledge base articles, and incident reports
- Conduct remote system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and patch management
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols and data protection standards
- Support end-users across multiple time zones via chat, email, and phone
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or help desk roles
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote monitoring tools
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation
- Ability to work overnight shifts (typically 10 PM - 6 AM CST)
