Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including network connectivity, OS errors, and security threats
- Document support tickets using Zendesk with detailed resolution steps and preventive measures
- Collaborate with global IT teams to escalate complex incidents and maintain system integrity
- Conduct proactive system maintenance and security patching during off-peak hours
- Train clients on best practices for remote security protocols and software usage
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift or 24/7 environment exposure
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills with remote access tools (TeamViewer/AnyDesk)
- Strong written communication abilities for technical documentation
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home office space
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
