Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across Windows/Linux environments
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document solutions in knowledge base and create SOPs for recurring issues
- Collaborate with global teams during handovers for seamless client continuity
- Proactively monitor system health and escalate critical incidents
- Contribute to process improvements for night shift operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support with night shift or rotational schedule experience
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills for network, server, and endpoint issues
- Exceptional written communication for after-hour documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) and remote access tools
