Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise clients during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Monitor and respond to security alerts, system logs, and incident reports
- Remotely diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via VPN and remote access tools
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global security teams during major incident responses
- Conduct periodic system health checks and preventive maintenance
- Train junior staff on security protocols and troubleshooting procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support with security focus
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments
- Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) preferred
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adjust schedule during critical incidents
