Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, chat, and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions during overnight hours
- Document incidents, solutions, and customer interactions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with global IT teams to escalate complex issues
- Monitor system performance and implement preventative maintenance
- Conduct remote system configurations and updates
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores with prompt resolutions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of technical support experience
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems
- Available to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
