We're seeking a dedicated professional to provide critical IT infrastructure support during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT). Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise clients during overnight shift hours
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure, including AWS/Azure environments
- Resolve complex system outages and security incidents with SLA precision
- Collaborate with global IT teams using Jira, ServiceNow, and Slack
- Document troubleshooting processes and create knowledge base articles
- Conduct system health checks and performance optimization tasks
- Manage patch deployments and security updates during maintenance windows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience in night shift environments
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Certifications in CompTIA Security+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
- Experience with remote monitoring tools (Datadog, SolarWinds)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
