Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise clients during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM MST)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues via remote access tools
- Document ticket resolutions in ITSM systems with detailed technical notes
- Collaborate with global support teams during critical incident escalations
- Conduct system maintenance and security patch deployments during off-peak hours
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA/GDPR protocols for client data handling
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support or systems administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, LogMeIn, etc.)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation
- Valid US work authorization and Denver residency
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
