Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for cloud infrastructure and enterprise systems
- Monitor and resolve critical system alerts during overnight hours
- Collaborate with global teams via Slack and ticketing systems
- Document technical procedures and troubleshooting guides
- Conduct security patch deployments and system maintenance
- Lead incident response for critical outages
- Maintain 99.9% uptime SLA for production environments
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support or systems administration
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Expertise in AWS/Azure and hybrid cloud environments
- Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing systems
- Strong Linux/Windows Server troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
- Availability for 11 PM - 7 AM EST shifts
