Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 phone, email, and chat support during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and technical issues
- Document interactions and maintain accurate CRM records

- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution times

Qualifications
