Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Resolve complex inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality metrics
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system and maintain detailed case notes

Qualifications
