Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM CT)
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency while maintaining service quality metrics
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer journey resolution
- Adhere to compliance protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in remote or night shift environments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to de-escalate challenging situations
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home workspace
- Ability to maintain focus and productivity during overnight hours
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
