Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Resolve technical inquiries and troubleshoot product issues with efficiency and professionalism
- Document all interactions in CRM systems while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with global teams to escalate complex issues and implement process improvements
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with product updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service or technical support experience
- Proven ability to thrive in night shift/remote work environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written/verbal communication in English and Spanish preferred
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
