- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction rate through personalized solutions
- Participate in monthly virtual training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in night shift or high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
