Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Resolve complex technical issues using provided remote support tools and documentation
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining strict data security protocols
- Collaborate with global teams to troubleshoot escalated issues and implement solutions
- Meet/exceed KPIs including call resolution time and first-contact resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training to master new products and technologies
- Monitor customer feedback trends and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma; associate's degree preferred in business/tech fields
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote or call-center environments
- Proven night shift availability and adaptability to nocturnal work schedules
- Proficient with remote work tools (Zoom, Slack, CRM systems) with reliable home internet
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to de-escalate sensitive situations
- Technical aptitude for troubleshooting software/hardware issues
- Strong time management skills with ability to work independently
