Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours
- Resolve complex technical issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Collaborate with global teams to escalate and resolve escalated customer concerns
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including first contact resolution and CSAT scores
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service techniques
- Monitor customer feedback trends and propose process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service experience in night shift environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with neutral accent
