- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Collaborate with global support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Monitor system alerts and initiate troubleshooting protocols for critical incidents
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for overnight operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in tech or B2B environment
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with clear articulation in written and verbal English
- High-speed home internet connection and quiet workspace
