Tanggung Jawab
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining 95%+ accuracy
- Collaborate with global teams to escalate and resolve technical escalations
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics (e.g., CSAT, FCR)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for overnight operations
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data and proprietary information
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of customer support experience in remote or night shift environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home workspace
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
