- Provide 24/7 customer support via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Resolve complex technical issues and troubleshoot software/hardware problems
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate case histories in CRM systems
- Collaborate with global teams to escalate unresolved issues and improve service quality
- Monitor system performance and report potential security threats
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of customer support experience in a remote environment
