Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Document all interactions in CRM systems while maintaining accurate case records
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless service continuity across time zones
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores, resolution times, and first-contact resolution
- Proactively identify and escalate systemic issues to product and engineering teams
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product updates and troubleshooting protocols
- Participate in monthly virtual training sessions to enhance technical expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer support experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ticketing systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with neutral accent
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home office space
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
- Strong problem-solving skills with technical aptitude for troubleshooting
- Availability to work consistently scheduled night shifts including weekends
