- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for enterprise clients using diagnostic tools
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with global support teams to escalate complex technical challenges
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction through empathetic communication
- Monitor system performance and report infrastructure anomalies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical customer support experience
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- CCNA/CompTIA A+ certification preferred
