Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction through empathetic problem-solving and accurate issue resolution
- Document cases in CRM systems with precision and adherence to SLA standards
- Collaborate with global support teams using real-time communication tools
- Identify and escalate recurring technical issues to engineering teams
- Participate in monthly performance reviews and skills development sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume customer support or technical troubleshooting
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and ticketing systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- High-speed home internet connection and quiet dedicated workspace
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Experience with remote work tools (Slack, Jira, VPN)
