Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
- Resolve technical issues, troubleshoot software problems, and escalate complex cases
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with global teams using ticketing systems and communication platforms
- Adhere to SLA metrics and continuously improve customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and support skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer support or technical support experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities and written communication skills
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office environment
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus
