Responsibilities
- Deliver 24/7 technical support via phone, email, and chat for enterprise clients
- Troubleshoot complex software/hardware issues using remote diagnostic tools
- Document all interactions in CRM systems with precision and detail
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve escalated customer concerns
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and resolution metrics
- Participate in continuous training on emerging technologies
- Monitor ticket queues during off-hours and prioritize urgent issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer support experience in technical environments
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Availability to work 12-hour night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
