- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Document interactions and troubleshoot technical issues using proprietary CRM systems

- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) with 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics
- Participate in continuous training programs to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for remote operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in tech/retail sectors
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
