Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/Linux environments
- Monitor network security and implement threat mitigation protocols
- Document incident reports and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Collaborate with global teams during critical system outages
- Proactively identify and resolve potential system vulnerabilities
- Train end-users on security best practices and remote access protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or system administration
- CCNA or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in AWS/Azure cloud environments
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Strong diagnostic skills for network and endpoint issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
