Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for enterprise systems and client infrastructure during night shift hours
- Monitor and resolve critical IT incidents using ticketing systems and remote access tools
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software/hardware issues across diverse platforms
- Document all troubleshooting processes and maintain detailed knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure seamless cross-shift handovers
- Proactively identify system vulnerabilities and recommend security improvements
- Execute scheduled maintenance tasks during off-peak hours to minimize disruption
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or helpdesk roles
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex Windows/Linux environments
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS applications
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent required
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
