Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure, including AWS and Azure environments
- Diagnose and resolve network, security, and application issues using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with global teams during critical incident escalations
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Conduct system maintenance patches and updates during maintenance windows
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in AWS/Azure cloud environments and scripting (Python/PowerShell)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/Linux systems
- Excellent written communication for documentation and ticket management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office setup
- Night shift availability and flexibility to adjust schedule
