Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote desktop
- Monitor and resolve critical system alerts during night shift operations
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with global teams during complex troubleshooting scenarios
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvement initiatives
- Perform scheduled maintenance and system updates during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and ticketing systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for Windows/Linux environments and cloud platforms
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Valid US work authorization and quiet home office setup
