- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for remote clients.

- Ensure a quiet and professional home office environment to minimize distractions.
- Escalate complex technical problems to the senior engineering team promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols while working remotely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or call center roles is preferred.
- Stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace are essential.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
